The first day of the retreat will land you softly into the feminine goddess energy.
Expect a slow evening with a deep guided meditation, medicinal sounds, cacao and a reflective space to set your intention for the weekend.
This is your time to go inwards and initiate the connection with yourself, your energy, emotions and body.

The second day will unfold in the shamanic wild woman energy. This day is dedicated to the connection to your soul essence and journeying with the elements Earth, Water, Fire and Air.
Expect practical rituals, deep shamanic practices that connect you with nature and a soulful fire building ceremony.

The third day will awaken your Queen codes - the Queen aspect of the feminine essence is all about bringing it back to your own energy and the mastery of it.
Expect experiencing some of my best practices in how to channel your body's energy, how to connect with your intuitive side - and how to tap into your greatest alignment.

fire building ceremony
Gathered around the fire, we will release what no longer serves, ignite the new callings of the wild woman soul and honour the transformational power of the fire in a sacred circle.
Building the fire itself will be done together, learning the ancient art of building and keeping the fire which offer a perfect metaphor for the feminine energy that is remarkably similar to the fire element.
They are both alive, radiant, and unpredictable. When tended with care, they warm, illuminate, and transform everything around it. Left unattended, it can flare chaotically, consuming or scattering energy. Just as a fire needs kindling, patience, and presence, the feminine thrives when nurtured, respected, and given space to move, grow, and dance.
